Pompidou Centre Picture

 The Centre Georges Pompidou, often shorted to Pompidou Centre, is often hated and sometimes loved by Parisians.

 With its exposed skeleton of brightly colored tubes for mechanical systems, the building is a sharp contract to the many
 historic structures in Paris.

 The Pompidou Centre has a modern art museum (Muse National d'Art Moderne) on the fifth floor that is reached by
 a series of escalators in tubes on the exterior of the building.
