Old Yankee Stadium is being demolished, but we like this picture and plan to keep it on our website. "The Home of Champions", old Yankee Stadium opened on April 18, 1923 and was renovated in the 1970s. With a cost of over $1 billion, the new Yankee Stadium opened in April 2009 with 51,000+ seats. |
