Constitution Gardens![]() Constitution Gardens with Washington Monument in background. Constitution Gardens in Washington DC is a 50 acre park on west end of National Mall. It is near Vietnam Veterans Memorial and located on Constitution Avenue. Gardens were dedicated in May of 1976 as a living legacy American Revolution Bicentennial tribute. On September 17, 1986, in honor of the Bicentennial of U.S. Constitution, President Ronald Reagan issued a proclamation making Constitution Gardens a living legacy tribute to the Constitution.
