U.S. Capitol Visitor Center

The bronze Statue of Freedom stands on top of the Capitol Dome. The Visitor Center is open to everyone, but tickets are required for the Capitol Building Tour. Open: Monday - Saturday, except Christmas, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving and Inauguration Day Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Admission: Free |
