St. Louis Airport provides a free Cell Phone Lot for motorists who need to pick up passengers. The Cell Phone Lot is one-half mile east of Cypress on Lambert International Boulevard. The parking lot features 150 spaces and is open from 7 AM to 11 PM. All drivers must remain with their vehicles at all times. Passengers should make contact with the motorists by phone only after they have claimed their luggage. Motorists can then pull up to the arrivals curbs at either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.

Another free Cell Phone Lot is located inside the Lambert Air Cargo complex on the north side of Air Cargo Road, about 1/3 mile east of Terminal 2. Air Cargo Road connects with the Terminal 2 entrance just off of Lambert-International Boulevard. The cell phone lot holds about 60 spaces and will be open from 7 AM to 11 PM daily.
