Shuttle Buses and Roadside Assistance
Courtesy parking lot shuttles provide regularly scheduled service between the lots and the terminals. These shuttles conveniently pick-up and drop-off travelers at the second (middle) curbside, while all off-airport parking shuttles pick-up and drop-off at the further (outer) curbside.

The airport offers complimentary roadside services, including assistance with vehicle lockouts, dead batteries, tire changes and finding a lost vehicle.

Valet Parking and Services
Vale parking at Oakland Airport offers free bottled water and newspapers.

Valet pick-up and drop-off area is located between Terminals 1 and 2 on the second curbside. Vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs are available 24 hours a day, everyday.

Special Needs Customers
Convenient, close-in spaces are available for disabled customers with ID.

Disabled-reserved spaces are located in the Hourly lot and are available at the lower Daily Lot rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Disabled-reserved spaces are also available at the front sections of the Daily, Economy and Premier lots.
