Midway Airport Information

Baggage Carts
Baggage carts are available throughout the terminal building at a cost of $2 each.

Banking Services
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), provided by local and national financial institutions, are located throughout the terminal.

Interfaith Chapel
The Midway Airport Interfaith Chapel is located on the Mezzanine Level in Concourse C and is available to travelers. The chapel is open 24 hours a day.

Information Booth
Information booths are located on the upper level ticketing and lower level baggage area in the terminal building. Information representatives assist passengers and visitors with airport directions and general service assistance.

Lost and Found
Items lost in the public areas of the airport are handled by the Chicago Police Department. The Chicago Police Department is located in Concourse C. For items lost on an airplane, near ticket counters or at airline gates, contact the airline directly.

USO
The USO offers a variety of services to active military personnel and their dependents, including free refreshments, information and referrals. The USO Center is located in Concourse C.

Wi-Fi Service
Travelers can access the World Wide Web through wireless Wi-Fi service available throughout airport passenger areas.

An Internet Day Pass is available to users with no Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) account for $6.95, payable by credit card through the network. Subscribers can log on with any of nine major providers at no additional charge.
