To learn about the current parking conditions at Logan Airport, tune to Logan Radio 1650 AM as you approach the airport. Once at the airport, follow the parking instructions on the message boards posted along the roadway.

Paying for Parking - All customers who park in one of the airport garages or lots must take their parking ticket with them.

Do not leave it in the car. Before returning to your car, you must stop at an exit express Parking Pay Station.

Use the exit express fast lane when leaving the garage, and insert your validated parking ticket into the machine at the gate.

The following credit cards are accepted at all Parking Pay Stations: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA.

Curbside Parking - is not allowed at any Terminal.

Security - Parking areas are patrolled 24 hours by parking attendants and Massachusetts State Police.

There are emergency call boxes next to elevators and other prominent locations. They are identifiable by red signs.

Parking Help - The parking office provides help 24 hours a day at 617-561-1673.

Complimentary Services - Free jump starts, lockouts, lost car searches, deflated and flat tire services are available by calling parking office or using emergency call boxes.
