Airport Police
The airport is is patrolled by the Airport Unit of the Cleveland Police
Department. Their offices are in the center of the baggage claim level
next to the USO Office. You may contact the police by dialing 6055 on any white courtesy phone
or calling them at
216-265-6055.
ATMs and Bank
There are 8 ATM machines at the airport operated by USBank.
There is a Chartway Credit Union office on the south end of the baggage claim level.
The credit union office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Currency Exchange
Ticketed passengers can exchange currency at the
Airport Foreign Currency Exchange, which is across from the main food
court, adjacent to the Airport Business Center and Airport Chapel just inside
Security Checkpoint "B".
The daily hours of operation are from 9 AM to 6:30 PM. Call them at 216-265-0600.
Lost and Found
For items left in public areas of the airport, including parking garages,
ticketing, baggage claim, and rental car facility, call Airport Information Desk at 216-265-6030.
For items left on airplanes, contact the airline directly.
USO
The USO lounge at the airport has been renamed in honor of Bob Hope. Raised in
Cleveland, Ohio, he tirelessly entertained troops under the USO banner for decades.
The lounge on the airport's baggage claim level is open daily from 8 AM until 10 PM.
It is a place to grab a snack, e-mail a loved one, shoot a game of pool, or just get away from
