Bank
Capitol City Bank is a full-service bank that provides checking, savings, bank transfers, traveler’s
checks, cash advances and notary services to Hartsfield-Jackson visitors.
Located in the Atrium, bank hours are: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday-Friday); 9 AM to 1 PM (Saturday); 2 PM to 6 PM (Sunday).
Concessions
There are over 200 concessions in the airport terminal and concourses.
These include 89 food & beverage, 85 retail and 55 service concessions.
Concierge Services
The Concierge Service provides travelers with quick documentation services from all over the
world, including: visas, U.S. passports, foreign passports, authentications and
legalizations, photographs for passports and visas, research visa
requirements, tracing passports and translations. Also, they help travelers with business services.
Located in the North Terminal, across from baggage carousel #3, their hours are:
6:30 AM to 9 PM (Monday-Friday); 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM (Saturday); 6:30 AM to 9 PM (Sunday).
Currency Exchange
Travelex offers these services: foreign currency,
traveler’s checks, drafts & wires, phone cards, travel insurance, foreign
check collection and precious metals.
Travelex has two currency exchanges: Atrium – main terminal
and Concourse “E” near gate 26. Travelers should also look for mobile
carts at Concourse “E”. Hours: 7:30 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.
Executive Conference Center
The 24,000 square foot Executive Conference Center at Hartsfield-Jackson is
located in the Airport Atrium for the convenience of business
travelers. The facility has 23 meeting rooms, video conferencing abilities,
computer workstations and catering in an environment designed for business use.
Lost and Found
Passengers leaving items on airplanes should contact the airline directly. If items were left in the
terminal area or passenger security screening areas, you should contact the
Atlanta Airline Terminal Corporation at (404) 530-2100 Ext 100.
Medical Care
The 4,400 square foot AeroClinic at Hartsfield-Jackson provides many
services from occupational medicine to primary care. Among the
options available are patient testing, pre-employment physicals, drug
screenings, workers compensation services, and acute care to supplement existing
Airport Emergency Medical Services.
The AeroClinic is on the 3rd floor of the Atrium next to the USO.
Hours are: 7:30 AM to 11 PM (Monday-Friday); 7 AM to 5 PM (Saturday & Sunday).
USO
The USO (United Service Organization) offers a variety of services to active military personnel and their dependents,
including free refreshments, information, and referrals.
Located on the 3rd floor of the Atrium in the Main Terminal, the USO hours are: 7 AM to 9 PM (Sunday-Friday); 7 AM to 6 PM (Saturday).
